NSSC LED Lights
These LED Spot and Flood lights are one of the toughest lights out there. The housing
is very robust, a solid aluminium die cast, with stainless steel screws. All the
lights above 10W have a metal gland where the cable enters the housing, and not
a rubber grommet, which is not really water proof and has no strain relief.
The price for these high quality LED lights is very good, it should actually be
much higher when compared with other lights prices and their quality.

The 20” 100W LED Bar is about 56cm wide and should fit all Bumpers in the middle.
The combo has got 4 outer LEDs on each side as a flood beam, this is why there is
less light going to the centre when compared to the Spot. These light bars have
a strong light, even to the sides, not like some others which have a very intensive
bright spot beam which can be very tiring on your eyes, especially when driving
on white gravel roads. These lights have a wide angle beam, this causes no loss
of sight of the road when going through a ditch. On gravel road these LEDs are good
for lighting up the entire field of view at normal speeds.
If you require a very strong spotlight, which shines really far, the 70W is the
one to go for. The 50W has a strong wide light angle and is good on gravel roads.
One to each side, and they are not so massive. The 35W and 50W lights should even
fit in most fog light spaces.
To mount these lights on your own is very easy, the cable lumen already contains
all you need. You only need to lay the lumen, maybe drill a hole in dashboard to
mount a switch and maybe drill holes to mount the lights. Then you loosen the battery
terminals and tighten again with cables in place.
For these lights we already manufactured dark canvas covers, to hide lights. As
per law it states that you may have 6 lights on. Probably 2 park lights, 2 main
lights and your 2 auxiliary lights. The rest you should cover up to prevent any
problems, and only use “off the road”. We wouldn't count each LED as a light, otherwise
no new vehicle with its day drive lights would be legal on the road!
The law states that no lights may be fitted further then 400mm from the side of
the car. No lights may be fitted higher then 1400mm from the ground, and no lower
than 350mm. A light shining to the front may not be mounted further then 500mm of
the vehicles front.
Make use of LEDs for off the Road applications, they provide lots of light power
for small power consumption, tough and reliable. That’s why they are called work
lights ;)
